About Us

Ibnul Qayyim Islamic Research & Guidance Centre (IRGC) was established in December 1999 by Janab A.M.Dastagir Baig Saheb - FOUNDER IRGC, with the aim to spread the message of Islaam based on its sources i.e., the Qur'aan and the authentic Sunnah as understood by as-Salaf-us-Saalih; to caution against Shirk and Bid'ah; to create a true brotherhood amongst Muslims; and to remove misconceptions about Islaam and Muslims.

Alhamdulillaah, IRGC conducts daily classes for men, women and children; and also organizes courses on Islaam and Da'wah. We have distributed numerous beneficial books, pamphlets, cassettes and hundreds of copies of the translation of the meaning of the Noble Qur'aan in English, Urdu and Tamil. We help the libraries and mosques too by providing Islamic literature. And by the Grace of Allaah, all our activities are carried out under the guidance of prominent scholars.
